Social Media Manager: Full-Time
Full House Socials is a rapidly growing creative agency specializing in high-end hospitality, lifestyle, and service-based brands across New Jersey and NYC. We build strategy-driven content that converts — not just posts for the sake of posting.
We are looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team as we continue to scale.
Role Details
Role: Social Media Manager
Time Commitment: Monday–Friday, 11AM–5PM
Start Date: April 1st
Location: Hybrid (North Jersey-based, 2 days per week in office in Old Tappan + on-site client shoots)
Compensation: Starting at $3,000/month, depending on experience
Responsibilities
• Lead on-site content creation at client locations (iPhone-based filming)
• Develop content concepts and structured shot lists
• Edit high-performing short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
• Write captions and manage posting schedules
• Oversee daily Instagram story execution
• Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, audience growth)
• Coordinate influencer sourcing, outreach, and partnerships
• Manage multiple client accounts and content calendars simultaneously
• Track basic performance metrics and optimize accordingly
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience managing multiple social media clients or brand accounts
• Strong content creation and short-form video editing skills
• Graphic design experience (Canva or similar platforms)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (team + client-facing)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker who takes initiative and goes above and beyond
• Based in North Jersey
• Reliable transportation for client shoots (NJ + occasional NYC)
